Bounty Hunting

Players can locate other players in the Intelligence Hub and set an anonymous bounty reward on any other player in the universe.

Bounty targets will be marked with a "target" emoji above their ship. The bounty will be paid out to the player who destroys the bounty target's most advanced ship.
